Spacious studio of 25m ² in front of the Thermes with SPA wellness area of Challes-les-Eaux, 3 minutes from the city center and the tourist office, near the center Médipôle of Savoy. You will have easy parking in the parking lot of the building, and access to the A43 motorway is fast.
It consists of a living room with fitted kitchen, furnished with a comfortable double bed (140 x 200), a storage cabinet, a convertible sofa (140x190), a flat screen TV, a a table and chairs.
An external storage cupboard and a bathroom complete the accommodation.
The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people in short stay (2 adults + 2 children) and can be suitable for a couple (with young child) or business traveler, with the advantage of having direct access and quick to the spa SPA wellness area of Challes-les-Eaux in 2 minutes walk.
You will find the following equipment in the apartment: a Senseo coffee machine and its pods, a microwave, an oven, a large fridge, ceramic hob, kettle, toaster, 32 "flat screen TV, hairdryer, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board.
We also provide all bed linen, towels, shower soap, shampoo ...
In addition, wireless Internet access is available for free in the apartment.
In the end everything is done to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
IMPORTANT: the studio is on the 3rd floor without lift, so it is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
